Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Search at aisearch.run, operated by Hong Kong StarLeap Lightyear Limited. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. Contact developerwellson@gmail.com with questions.

Service and eligibility

AI Search helps adults research publicly available web information using search and AI-generated summaries with source links. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

AI Search is not a background-check or consumer-reporting service. You must not use its results for employment screening, tenant decisions, credit eligibility, insurance underwriting or other regulated eligibility decisions. Results can be incomplete, outdated or about a different person. Verify information against the linked sources before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud or other unlawful activity. Do not seek unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade access controls or usage limits, or present AI output as an official or verified record. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to submit information and use the results.

Accounts and purchases

Sign-in uses Google. You must sign in before making a purchase. A purchase is associated with the account used when checkout is created; using a different billing email does not move the subscription to another account. Keep control of your Google account and contact us about suspected unauthorized use.

An account can have one effective subscription at a time. Access to paid features depends on payment and subscription status confirmed by our payment provider, rather than a browser success message. If confirmation is delayed, use the existing purchase status or contact support rather than paying again.

Subscription billing and cancellation

Stripe processes payments. Before you confirm a purchase, checkout displays the selected plan, price, currency, recurring interval and applicable payment terms. By confirming, you authorize the initial charge and recurring charges on the disclosed schedule until cancellation. Available intervals may include weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.

Use Manage subscription to access the Stripe billing portal and cancel renewal. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and preserves access for the remainder of the paid period, subject to subscription status and any refund, dispute, abuse or security restrictions. If you cannot access the portal, contact developerwellson@gmail.com. Signing out, revoking Google access or ceasing use does not itself cancel renewal.

Billing errors and refund requests

For a duplicate payment, suspected unauthorized charge, billing error or refund request, contact developerwellson@gmail.com with the account email, payment date and available receipt reference. Do not send full payment-card details.

We review requests using the transaction and applicable circumstances. Cancelling renewal does not by itself issue a refund. This does not limit any refund, withdrawal or other rights required by applicable law. Stripe processes payments and approved refunds; it does not replace our responsibility to handle your request. We do not promise a blanket refund period or automatic refund through these terms.

Content, privacy and availability

Our software and original product materials belong to us or our licensors. Public source content remains subject to the rights of its publishers. The service may have usage limits, interruptions or errors; we do not guarantee that every search will identify a person or produce a complete report.

Our handling of personal information is described in Privacy Policy. Public-data removal and account-deletion requests can be submitted through Opt Out and Data Requests or developerwellson@gmail.com.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that generated information is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, closure and changes

We may restrict access to investigate fraud, payment disputes, abuse, security incidents or violations of these terms. Account closure and subscription renewal must be handled together so closure does not leave an unintended ongoing charge. We may change the service or these terms, with notice and consent where required by law. A change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase without a valid basis.
