AI Search is operated by Hong Kong StarLeap Lightyear Limited. This policy explains how we handle information when you use aisearch.run. For privacy questions or requests, contact developerwellson@gmail.com.

Information we handle

Google sign-in information. When you sign in, Google provides a stable account identifier and basic profile information, such as your email address, name and profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your account and associate your subscription with your account. We request only basic sign-in permissions: openid, email and profile. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts, and we do not receive your Google password.

Search and account activity. We handle search terms, profile selections, public-source results, generated reports, saved items and chat messages needed to provide the service and let you revisit your work. Public web information in a report is separate from the Google information used to sign in.

Billing information. Stripe processes subscription payments. We keep identifiers and status information needed to connect a purchase to your account, manage subscription access, record payments and handle billing requests. This may include a billing email address, subscription and transaction references, amounts, currency and billing periods. Our application does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Technical information. We use essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session security and checkout recovery. Our systems handle request and service-usage information needed for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and service operation, which may include network and device information and events describing how the service is used.

Requests to us. If you contact support or request data removal, we handle your contact information and information needed to understand and verify the request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Why we use information

We use information to provide search, reports and chat; authenticate accounts; process and manage subscriptions; prevent abuse and unauthorized access; investigate errors; respond to support and privacy requests; and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell Google sign-in information. We use Google user information only for the purposes disclosed in this policy. A change to how we use that information will be disclosed before we use it for a new purpose, with consent where required.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Google for sign-in, Stripe for payments, hosting and database infrastructure for service operation, and search and AI service providers to retrieve public sources and generate responses. Search terms, selected public profiles, relevant source content and chat messages may be sent to search and AI providers as needed to perform the action you request. We do not request private Google account content for people searches.

Providers receive information needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect users and the service against fraud, abuse or security incidents. Public-source publishers and third-party services have their own privacy practices.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account and saved research information as needed to operate your account and provide access to your work. You can request account deletion at developerwellson@gmail.com. We may need to verify control of the account before acting.

Account deletion requires us to resolve subscription renewal and then remove or de-identify personal content as applicable. We may retain limited billing, transaction, security and deletion records needed for accounting, dispute handling, abuse prevention or legal obligations. Deletion does not automatically refund a payment. Copies in operational backups, if present, are not necessarily removed at the same time as the active system.

Your choices and public-data removal

Contact developerwellson@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Cancel subscription renewal through Manage subscription or contact us if you cannot access your account. Revoking Google access does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription or delete the account.

To request review or removal of public information shown in AI Search, visit Opt Out and Data Requests or email us with relevant result and source links. We may request proportionate evidence of identity or authority. Removing a result from AI Search does not remove the original material from third-party websites.

Security and international processing

We use HTTPS for the website and access controls to protect service information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed outside your country by our hosting and service providers. We do not claim that all information is stored in a particular country.

Age requirement and updates

AI Search is intended for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us. We will post material policy changes with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
